I am broken.
Some of you may be aware that I play in an amateur football team created by a group of friends and hopefully joining a league this summer.
Tonight we played a highly organised Division 2 side (the league above the one we’re hoping to join), we only had 11 players so we all played the full 90 mins aaand we just had a game on Sunday.
Such a tough game but we all played out of our skins and held them to 2-2 (after going up 2-0) but lost to a silly penalty in the last minute. They were expecting a walkover, but we more than matched them and definitely didn’t deserve to lose.
Super proud of the Troops.
